The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic direction, creation and delivery of creative, innovative and eye-catching campaigns and content raising awareness of Engage Hub, our services, case studies and company ethos.

What you will do
Responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all marketing programs for the agency.
Design, write and maintain marketing materials and communication across social media, digital, website and print
Updating website copy regularly with case studies, company updates and current content.
Develop and coordinate weekly social media posts and email marketing campaigns and recommend improvements to implement best practices and increase value to audience.
Build paid ad strategy and implement across social media channels.
Manage our PPC and SEO strategy alongside budget allocation
Create and maintain brochures, case studies, business development presentations, internal presentations and other collateral as needed.
Execute public relations initiatives including writing press releases and press submission.
Manage industry award submissions and calendar deadlines
Manage industry events and sponsorship opportunities, providing recommendations for industry events and sponsorships and speaking engagements for the agency.
Help plan and execute Engage Hub events across round tables, influencer events and client get togethers
Work with campaign managers, lead creatives to ensure agency content is in line with branding guidelines.
Build and maintain relationships with professional and trade associations.
Develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy.
Maintenance of contact management system and distribution lists for email blasts.
Responsible for budget planning and tracking, invoice processing, meeting planning, status report updates and evaluating Return on Investment on all marketing activity and spend.
Run regular reports for marketing department and present to Director weekly/monthly
Build and maintain marketing supplier relationships.
Experience in SEO, PPC, and social media.
Experience in Adobe software to produce creative marketing material
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role.
3+ years working in a Digital Marketing / Digital PR role
