Maximising Black Friday revenue through powerful social strategy
How do you strengthen your brand’s social identity, spread mass awareness and ignite a Black Friday sales frenzy, all in a one-month campaign? That’s the task Get the Label – an online fashion retailer offering heavy discounts on the UK’s best loved designer clothing – approached us with.
To hit their aspirations, we needed to create a bespoke multi-channel campaign. To start, we needed to establish new brand guidelines for their social to gain maximum traction. Whilst attracting a younger female market, presenting Get the Label’s affordable price point was essential to our brief in order to dominate this competitive space at a peak period. To showcase this, we created an interactive visual to display their offers, making the prices stand out whilst still looking premium. To boost all our creative, we created targeted paid ads, as well as our unique Engagement service to drive mega sales.
This flash campaign allowed us to smash all of our KPIs and resulted in a huge peak in Black Friday sales.
